Ingredients
  

Classic Apple Oatmeal

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 apple diced
  • 2 cups almond milk or water
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup optional

Apple Yogurt Parfait

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 apple finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup granola
  • 1 tbsp honey or cinnamon for topping

Quick Apple Smoothie

  • 1 apple cored and sliced
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cup spinach optional
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter or almond butter
  • 1 dash of cinnamon

Baked Apple Pancakes

  • 1 cup flour all-purpose or whole wheat
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 apple peeled and diced
  • 1 tbsp butter melted

Apple French Toast

  • 4 slices bread
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 apple thinly sliced and sautéed with butter and cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • For oatmeal: Combine oats, milk, diced apple, and cinnamon in a pot and cook until tender. Sweeten with honey or maple syrup if desired.
  • For parfait: Layer Greek yogurt, chopped apples, and granola in a glass. Repeat layers and top with honey or cinnamon.
  • For smoothie: Blend apple, banana, almond milk, nut butter, spinach (if using), and cinnamon until smooth.
  • For pancakes: Mix dry and wet ingredients separately, then combine. Fold in diced apples and cook pancakes on a skillet until golden brown.
  • For French toast: Whisk eggs, milk, and vanilla. Dip bread slices, cook on a skillet, and top with sautéed apples.

Notes

For added variety, try different apple varieties like Granny Smith for tartness or Honeycrisp for extra sweetness.
