Instructions
For oatmeal: Combine oats, milk, diced apple, and cinnamon in a pot and cook until tender. Sweeten with honey or maple syrup if desired.
For parfait: Layer Greek yogurt, chopped apples, and granola in a glass. Repeat layers and top with honey or cinnamon.
For smoothie: Blend apple, banana, almond milk, nut butter, spinach (if using), and cinnamon until smooth.
For pancakes: Mix dry and wet ingredients separately, then combine. Fold in diced apples and cook pancakes on a skillet until golden brown.
For French toast: Whisk eggs, milk, and vanilla. Dip bread slices, cook on a skillet, and top with sautéed apples.
Notes
For added variety, try different apple varieties like Granny Smith for tartness or Honeycrisp for extra sweetness.
