Classic Lemon Tea

Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tea bag black, green, or herbal
  • ½ fresh lemon juiced
  • 1 tsp honey optional, or preferred sweetener

Instructions
 

  • Boil water in a kettle or pot.
  • Place the tea bag in a mug and pour hot water over it. Steep for 3–5 minutes.
  • Remove the tea bag and stir in freshly squeezed lemon juice.
  • Add honey or your preferred sweetener if desired.
  • Enjoy hot, or chill and serve over ice for a refreshing cold version.

Notes

For added benefits, try infusing with ginger, mint, or turmeric. Best enjoyed in the morning or after meals for optimal digestion and detox support.
