Instructions
Heat a skillet over medium heat and add butter or coconut oil.
Once melted, add sliced bananas in a single layer.
Sprinkle cinnamon, brown sugar, and a pinch of salt over the bananas.
Cook for 1-2 minutes until the bananas start to caramelize.
Flip the bananas gently and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
Drizzle honey or maple syrup over the bananas and cook for another 30 seconds.
Remove from heat and serve warm.
Notes
For an indulgent treat, serve with vanilla ice cream, pancakes, or yogurt. For a healthier version, omit the brown sugar and use coconut oil instead of butter.
