Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, cream cheese, sour cream, cottage cheese, and cream of chicken soup.
Season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
In a separate bowl, combine crushed buttery crackers with melted butter.
Sprinkle the cracker mixture evenly over the casserole. Optionally, top with shredded cheddar cheese.
Bake for 25–30 minutes or until the topping is golden brown and the filling is bubbling.
Let it cool for 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
Notes
For a healthier version, use Greek yogurt instead of sour cream, and low-fat cottage cheese.
