Roast Beef Sliders

Ingredients
  

Sliders Base

  • 12 slider buns Hawaiian or brioche recommended
  • 1 lb roast beef thinly sliced, deli-style or homemade
  • 6 slices provolone or Swiss cheese or your favorite cheese

Butter Glaze

  • 2 tbsp butter melted
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a baking dish.
  • Slice the buns in half and place the bottom halves in the baking dish.
  • Layer the roast beef evenly over the buns, followed by the cheese slices.
  • Top with the remaining buns and press down gently.
  • In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, garlic powder, Dijon mustard, and Worcestershire sauce.
  • Brush the butter glaze over the tops of the buns.
  • Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes.
  • Remove the foil and bake for another 5 minutes until the tops are golden brown.
  • Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

For a gourmet twist, add caramelized onions, horseradish sauce, or jalapeños. Store leftovers in an airtight container and reheat in the oven for best results.
