Sautéed Cauliflower with Garlic Butter

Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 head cauliflower cut into florets
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp fresh parsley chopped

Instructions
 

  • Cut the cauliflower into bite-sized florets and rinse thoroughly.
  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  • Add the cauliflower florets and let them cook undisturbed for 3-4 minutes until golden brown.
  • Stir occasionally and continue cooking for another 5 minutes until tender-crisp.
  • Reduce the heat to low and add butter, garlic, salt, pepper, and smoked paprika. Stir well to coat the cauliflower.
  • Cook for an additional 2 minutes until fragrant and fully coated in garlic butter.
  • Remove from heat and sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, add a splash of lemon juice or grated Parmesan cheese before serving. If you prefer a spicier version, try adding a pinch of red pepper flakes.
