  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt or coconut yogurt for dairy-free

Optional Add-ons

  • 1 banana ripe banana for extra creaminess
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds for extra fiber
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes for a chilled texture

Instructions
 

  • Prepare all ingredients by chopping mango, pineapple, and strawberries.
  • Add orange juice, yogurt, and fruits into a blender.
  • Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy.
  • Add ice cubes and blend again until well combined.
  • Pour into glasses, garnish with a strawberry slice or pineapple wedge, and serve immediately.

Notes

For a vegan version, use coconut yogurt and swap honey with maple syrup. Add a splash of coconut milk for a creamier texture.
